Arizona's All About Blinds and Shutters (“we,” “us”) is a family-owned window coverings business in Mesa, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect through allaboutblindsandshutters.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we use your information to help you with your windows, and we never sell it.

Information you give us

When you send one of our request forms, we receive what you type in: your name and phone number, and, on the longer form, your email address, city, the product you are interested in and any project details. We also note which page you sent the form from. We use this information to contact you, schedule your free in-home consultation, prepare your quote and serve you as a customer. We also use limited contact information for advertising measurement as described below.

Our forms are delivered to our email inbox by Formspree, a form-processing service, which also keeps a copy of each submission under its own privacy policy.

To keep spam out, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you start filling in a form, Turnstile runs a quick check in your browser to confirm that a person, not an automated program, is sending it. Most visitors never see it; occasionally it may ask you to tick a box. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and details about your browser and device. Cloudflare uses this information to provide the check and to protect against automated abuse, not to show you ads. See the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy addendum.

Phone calls

If you reach our website from one of our Google ads, the phone number shown on the site may be replaced with a Google forwarding number that rings straight through to us. The same applies if you tap the call button on one of our ads. Google tells us basic details about those calls, such as the time, length and the caller’s phone number, so we can see which ads lead to calls. Calls are not recorded.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise with Google Ads. Our website uses the Google tag, which sets cookies and similar technologies, to measure which ads lead to calls and form requests and to show our ads to people who have visited our site before (remarketing).

When you successfully send a form with an email address, our site also uses Google’s enhanced conversions feature: your email address and, if valid, phone number are converted in your browser into scrambled, one-way codes (SHA-256 hashes) and shared with Google, so Google can match the request to an ad click and report it to us. You can turn off personalized ads from Google at My Ad Center, and opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Website delivery and logs

Our website is delivered through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security network. Cloudflare handles each visit on our behalf so pages load quickly and the site is protected from attacks, and in doing so it processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, under the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Like nearly every website, our own server also automatically records basic technical information for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site secure and working, and they are deleted after 14 days.

Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, as described above (Formspree, Google, Cloudflare, and our email and web hosting providers), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and project information for as long as we need it to serve you and for our business and tax records. If you never become a customer and ask us to delete your information, we will.

Our site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, because there is no common standard for them.

Children

Our website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

Our site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection from end to end, our forms are sent securely, and our forms use a spam check to block automated abuse. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
